What exactly do you sell? It looks like everything?+
Yes — we supply just about anything. From a 6.5 NTD ear plug to a 220,000 NTD thermal imager, 2,800+ non-repeating items over ten years. We don't sell one category; we take the hassle of procurement off your hands.
I don't see the item I want — can I still buy it?+
Yes, and that's our strength. The shop holds common stock; for everything else, use the Sourcing Desk — describe it or upload a photo, and we'll source it and quote.
I'm not sure of the spec, only what the broken part looks like.+
No problem — that's our most common case. Send a photo of the actual part and its nameplate. We confirm repeatedly with suppliers and only reply once we're sure it's a valid replacement.
How long does a quote take?+
We reply as fast as we can; for urgent needs, email or LINE us directly for a faster response.
Can you issue an invoice? Company tax ID?+
Yes. Provide your tax ID when ordering or requesting a quote.
Is there a minimum order?+
No hard rule. Small quantities can be bought directly in the shop; for bulk, use the quote button for a better price.
Can you do custom fabrication?+
Yes. We have our own steel workshop for structural steel, tubing and metal fabrication. Send a drawing (PDF/DWG/photo) and we handle evaluation, sampling and production.
How do I pay?+
Credit card, bank transfer, convenience-store payment and cash on delivery. Businesses can also arrange monthly terms.
Which industries do you serve?+
Any. Today we serve steel & heavy industry, hospitals, research institutes and general enterprises — if your sector isn't listed, you're still welcome to ask.
